I think this group is pretty much dead as both Admin haven't been online in weeks, so there's no-one to accept submissions.
when i try to upload something, i only can in Featured :S

um have you tried going to the folder you want to submit to and clicking the + button on the right side of that folder? (well the one on the right side of the page, not the widget folders)
if this still doesn't work then I'll be sure to check to see if there is an issue with the folders and submissions.

Why can't I submit art to the Dragons, the Elves and In The Media galleries? I can only submit to the Featured
